Bicycle Safety

The Borough of Longport and its police officers strive to ensure you enjoy your biking experience throughout the year. Longport has a dedicated bicycle path along both sides of Atlantic Avenue, a bicycle registration program, and various bicycling regulations. 

In addition, there are State regulations enforced by the Longport Police Department. We hope that you have a safe and enjoyable time while in Longport. Remember to share the road with pedestrians, motor vehicles and other bicyclists.
